Returns / Exchanges / Cancellation Policies
We will accept the return within 30 days of purchase as long as it meets our Return Policy as stated below.
Item is purchased within 30 days.
Item is brand new, in original condition and NOT been removed from the original packaging it came in.
All original tags/labels/seals attached, intact and unbroken.
Original packaging is undamaged
Safety products (inclusive and not limited to: Car Seats, Strollers, Safety Gates & Extensions, Booster Seats, Child Restraints), and items requiring assembly (inclusive and not limited to: Cots, High chairs, Tables, Gates) cannot be returned once taken out of the box.
Item sold under “As Is” or “Open Box” cannot be returned. (As Is – no further discounts, no returns, and no exchanges.) Items sold under “As Is” or “Open Box” will have a disclaimer on the product page.
Products with expiry date of 6 months or less cannot be returned
Products that are stated as shipped “from a separate location” on our website cannot be returned.

A restocking fee of SGD10 will be applied for each return of non-defective items. The postage of delivering the parcel back to Baby Bello is solely borne by the customer.
For bundles to be eligible for a return, they have to be returned to us in full. An individual item that was sold as part of a bundle or promotion will not be eligible for return.
All returns will be refunded within 7 – 14 working days upon receiving the returned items, and are verified to be in their correct order and original conditions.
Refunds will be in the form of store credits that can either be used to make another purchase on www.babybello.com.sg or withdrawn to your personal bank account after.
You may choose to bring the item to us personally or mail it to us. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to send the return item to us. We encourage customers to use a trackable delivery service when returning items to us. This allows you to track delivery status of your own return parcel.
Baby Bello is not able to advise on the delivery status of your return parcel and is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damages due to transit.
Baby Bello reserves the right to reject return parcels that are damaged or charge a restocking fee in the instances when the item needs to be sent back to our supplier for repacking. Customers are therefore encouraged to take extra care in proof-packing the return item for delivery.
If you have received a defective/damaged item, please contact us immediately at email@example.com within 3 days upon receiving the parcel/item. Necessary actions will be taken to remedy the situation after investigation. Our team may require evidence of the parcel/item, hence in the meantime, avoid using the defective product.
Items purchased are not eligible for exchange. For defective/damaged items, please refer to our replacement policy.
By default, all items sold at Baby Bello does not come with warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page itself.
