If you have an existing account with us and have forgotten your password, please click the ‘sign in / register’ link at the top of the page. Under ‘Sign in to your account’ please enter your email address, and click ‘forgotten your password?’. We will then send you an email with instructions to reset your password.

If you don’t receive your password reset email within 1 hour, please check your spam folder. If the email is not in your spam folder, please contact us so we can investigate further.


Setting up an account with Baby Bello enables you to have a more personalised experience every time you shop. Signing up with us and setting up an account means that we store your delivery address details. When you’ve signed up, you don’t have to retype all these details every time you order. You can also choose to receive our marketing communications, which include promotions and new product launches.


We are unable to amend existing orders once they have been placed. Please cancel your current order and place a new one. You have a 2-hour window to cancel your order.

You can cancel your order by visiting your account online. Click on ‘my account’ at the top of the page. If your order status is ‘processing’, your shipment is being prepared and you will not be able to cancel. We usually process all orders within 24 hours.

You will receive a confirmation email from us.


We accept Credit/Debit card & Paypal payments.

For Amex cards, please process it through the Paypal option.

We do accept Paynow or Bank Transfers, do contact our customer service representative at our social media platforms or

We do not accept cash or personal checks as payment.

We do not provide walk-in purchase at our warehouse collection centre.

We do not accept COD for now.


We aim to ship out your order on the same/next business day upon receiving your payment. Delivery will take 1-3 business days, on the same day delivery or designated date/time that you preferred. If there is no preference for the delivery date/time, we will schedule the next day available earliest slot.

Yes, you can change your delivery address before your order is shipped. Kindly contact our customer service representative at our social media platforms or Once the order is shipped, you are unable to change your delivery address.

If your order has not been delivered by the promised delivery lead time, please contact us so we can assist you further.

Your order will usually be processed on the same day before it is handed over to the courier company (Sat , Sun, PH is NOT included). You should receive your order within 1-3 working days. Do take note that due to the restrictions imposed as a result of COVID19, it may take an extra day or two for our courier company to deliver the package. We will still process your orders as per normal. Please also give an extra day or two for special nationwide sales dates like 11.11 etc.

Our team is still working on the best same-day delivery solution for our customers. However, if you need your order urgently, you can contact our customer service representative at social media platforms or and we will try our best to arrange for a same-day delivery service for you with additional charges.

In the case of failed delivery due to wrong address provided by customer / not available during the delivery attempts, the following shipping fee will be charged to retrieve and resend the parcel:

Singapore : SGD$5

If you choose to cancel the order following the delivery to the wrong address / not available during the delivery, this will be treated as an order return and you will be charged a restocking fee for each return, on top of the retrieval fee as indicated above.

We are working with QExpress for Singapore delivery.

To speed up your delivery, we might use other courier services too.


Yes, you can return your purchase with the condition that the items are in their unopened/original condition, in full bundle (if relevant) and within 30 days of receiving the parcel. Your refund would be in the form of store credits which you can use to make other purchases on our website, or withdrawn into your bank account. Please note that you would be charged a restocking fee, and the postage fee would be solely borne by you.

You will receive your refund (in the form of store credits) within 7-14 working days after our Customer Service Representative has confirmed your request, and received your return items in their correct order and original condition.

Yes, your purchases are only eligible for return within 30 days of receiving the parcel.
